    • If you're a new customer or haven't rented from us in awhile, please complete a new customer form [PDF].

    • To hold your order we'll need a credit card on file. Send us your completed credit card authorization form [PDF].

    • For orders involving trucks, generators, cameras or gear valued at over $1,000 we'll need an insurance certificate. Our insurance requirements are explained in more detail in this document [PDF].

Frequently Asked Questions

No. We do ask to put a credit card on file to hold a reservation and in lieu of a deposit, but we accept cash and checks. Customers with valid insurance certificates on file may be eligible for payment terms. Contact us for more information.

No hidden fees, no LDWs. The state of Arizona does require us to charge sales tax unless you are renting for resale.

In general, rentals involving trucks, generators, cameras, or expensive gear do require insurance certificates. Our requirements are fairly similar to other rental houses. We do not offer insurance, but we can refer you to insurance agents that can provide short-term rental insurance. Insurance can be confusing the first time, feel free to give us a call and we will help, including talking to your agent to explain what is needed.
